Mark Olson- Owner/General Contractor/Expert Carpenter. He is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in craftsmanship and being a company of integrity. He believes in close communication with his clients for every phase of a project. He enjoys new construction but particularly loves the challenge of incorporating new construction into the architectural aesthetic of an existing home.

Andrea Olson- Owner, Designer, Marketing Manager. She joined Applewood full time after pursuing her career in graphic design and marketing. She manages Applewood’s website, social media, accounting and all marketing initiatives. She assists Applewood homeowners with project design decisions. Her passion is to bring out the hidden “beauty” in every home.

Amazing Grace (Mazie)- Snack Manager. She was born in Melrose Minnesota. She comes from a family of 9 siblings. She brings intelligence, a sassy attitude, and is not afraid to speak her mind. Her job duties include taste testing crew snacks, customer service and job site crumb clean-up. Her hobbies include stick procurement, ball chasing and Applewood Headquarters security.

Alice Eliza Grace- Snack Manager Assistant. Alice was born in Lexington Kentucky at Bainbridge Kennels. She came to live with us in September 2019. She is named after a dear spunky friend Alice, Eliza from Hamilton (which the Artist saw in Chicago on the way to get Alice) and Grace in honor of our first labrador Gracie. She is hearing impaired but doesn’t let that stop her! In the past year her hearing has amazingly improved. Her therapy dog training has been put on hold due to the pandemic. She keeps busy keeping Mazie in line. The two are always up to something which keeps the Artist on her toes! She is smart, sassy and very cuddly. We enjoy having her part of the Applewood family.
