On a street nestled close to White Bear Lake a cozy split entry was located. We closed in an outside patio area to create a large foyer/sitting area at the entrance to the home. Added new windows and replaced existing windows with modern farmhouse style windows. Designed and built architectural details- board and batten siding, as well as added a small porch with exposed rafter style roof over the front entry.. to give more cozy detail. Updated lighting and garage doors complete this charming updated home.
